Banana cake

Improvised banana cake :-)

Yummy!!

Ingredients 

200g of ripe bananas (cut into slices)

170g sugar

160g flour

3 eggs

Some mint leaves

150g melted butter

4g yeast

4 tbs raisin

Preparation

Stir butter until soft, mix with sugar

Add eggs one by one and stir between each

Add flour and stir together

Then add the mint leaves, raisin, and banana slices

Ready to put in the mould :-)

Bake in oven, 160* for 40 minutes
