Big brownie big flavour

I've slightly changed the ingredients for this brownie
So new ingredients, new recipe!

What is new? Less sugar, vanilla bean, maizena instead of wheat flour
The black stains in the bowl are actually the vanilla :-) and still, orange peel plus its juice!

130g sugar (instead of 150g in the original recipe) 
250g dark chocolate
150g butter
60g maizena (corn flower flour)
3 eggs
Vanilla bean
Orange peel + juice

Melt the chocolate and the butter (both into pieces) in the bain-marie style
In the meantime put and whip the rest of the ingredients together except the flour.
Add the chocolate into the sugar-eggs preparation, stir together then add the flour.

I've seen this chocolate chunks mix and decided to use them in my next brownie

The final mixture should be something like that


Put in oven for 20 min at least, 190 degrees
