And now Ladies & Gentlemen, the beauty of the beauty!

ENJOY!

Spanish tortilla

If you taste this dish, you will fall in love with the Spanish cuisine

To do this delicious tortilla, you need:
- 2 big potatoes
- 1 little green or red pepper (or half of each)
- 6 eggs
- a cup of milk
- salt, pepper, thyme
And as the cherry on top of the cake, you need the ultimate ingredient: some sobrasada (description here)
See original image
Steps to follow
1. Cut the veggies into slices (potatoes) and small pieces (peppers + sobresada)
2. Boil the potatoes until they are 3/4 cooked
3. Beat the eggs, add the cup of milk, and the spices
4. In a pan, pour 3 tbs oil, add the potatoes and the peppers, cook for 5 min
5. Pour the eggs, and then add the small pieces of sobrasada on top. Cook for at least 15 min, gently. Check when the tortilla is well cooked and stuck together underneath. Then flip it over, you can use the pan lid to do it
(Pictures of my special flipping-over-tortillas tip will soon be online)

CARROTS KEMIA
While waiting for the tortilla to be cooked, you can savour a delicious carrots kemia, you just need some lemon drops, salt, pepper, and the final touch: chopped mint leaves and coriander powder.
A chilled glass of Pinot Gris will be the perfect nectar to drink with

Tapenade

Back to my beloved Provence!
I'm crazy about Tapenade. Cook one, taste it and you'll get crazy too!
Most of the time I improvise my tapenades... a little

Take your blender / mixer and put inside:
- olives
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- a little curcuma
- sesame seeds that you crush well together
Surprise ingredient: black garlic
It tastes a little like cooked beetleroot (betterave cuite)

Mix well until it becomes creamy...

Improvised pancakes

Some night, after a long slightly stressful working day, the Improvised Pancakes came to the rescue
Pancakes improvisés au cœur secret
The mood was for creation, so i made a recipe which is a combination of the French crêpes and the American pancakes with a secret heart.

I used 300g of flour and 4 eggs.
I added some milk in an absolute improvisation, the only precision i can give is that i poured milk until i felt the consistence I wanted under my whip, slightly firm!

INGREDIENTS
- 300g de farine
- 4 œufs
- 1/2 càc de sel
- 1/2 sachet levure (yeast)
- lait

PREPARATION

The secret heart: leftover Green Curry
I had some delicious spicy Green Curry and some coconut cream left.
So i mixed the two... And I did that
Put some tea spoons of the Secret Heart on your pancakes.
Add some pastry on top of them, let cook
Then turn them over

Ready for a terrific fluffy spicy delight
I hope you feel like trying this recipe soon!
