Recette réussie, démoulage facile! Bref, c'est la classe!
INGREDIENTS
- 3 big eggs
- 100g flour
- 13g milk
- 5 tbs olive oil
- 170 g of cheese (exaclty what you want, I used English cheddar & Italian parmigiano))
- yeast
- butter for the tins
- 2 tuna cans
- 3 tbs of Comme si citron confit
- 3 tbs of Self-made Spicy Sauce
1. Prepare the tuna with the confit and the spicy sauce
1. Mix eggs, flour, yeast
2. Add slowing the milk and the oil, keep mixing
3. Add cheese, tuna, keep mixing
Mmh c'est bon!
4. Turn on the oven, 180° 40 min.
BIG TIP TO DO NEXT TIME: heat oven 200°, cook the first 10 min at 200° then lower to 180° for the next 30 min
Final result
