French pancakes

Les crêpes!
Aka the French Pancakes!

We love them so much :-) Yet, it's sometimes hard to make the perfect batter without absolutely no lumps!

With some reggae i gave birth to these yummy delicious delights

Everything started with the challenge to beat 4 eggs white to make the perfect crêpes! I cannot let a challenge left  like that on the floor!
So i picked it up!
And decided to beat the white eggs with my own hands

And here's the result
See? I beat the eggs white until stiff =) No blender required!

INGREDIENTS
(For all the details go to this page: C'est ma fournée)
-4 eggs
-500g milk
-200g wheat flour
-20g melted butter
-3g salt
-60g sugar plus extra vanilla sugar
-some rhum from Trinidad & Tobaggo if u feel like (1teaspoon)!

STEPS TO FOLLOW
1. Beat the eggs white plus eggs yolk
2. Add stiffed flour gently (it looks like there going to be lumps but dont worry it will not look like that after you stir all the ingredients together)
3. Pour the milk gently and keep on whisking until the batter becomes as smooth as feathers :-))

The crêpes batter is ready, leave aside 1 hour before baking. If you don't have the time to leave them for an hour, just bake them straight away, they will still taste terrific!

And then...
1st crêpe on its way :-)...

 Enjoy :-)
