Chocolate marbré

Ladies & gentlement, let me introduce you the best Chocolate Marbré ever!

NOTE:
First, you can't fail the Chocolate Marbré because you now know the technical swoops to make the perfect cake dough

Second, you won't fail the Chocolate Marbré because you will follow the Cake Sucré aux Cerises recipe

Third, you can only succeed because you will put all your love during the process!

For this recipe, i've doubled the quantities >> 6 cakes

Butter = always soft, same temperature as in the air!


Sift flour & sift icing sugar (in the back)


Mix butter & icing sugar until soft & fluffy
Add eggs, in three times, stir a whole minute in-between, then add the flour, and mix it mix it!


Take a quantity of the dough and add 8g of natural cocoa to it (no added sugar)

Then follow the following steps: in the cakes tins, put the white dough, then some cocoa dough and then a layer of the white dough. Don't worry if the tins and the dough inside don't look beautiful, they will be great when cooked.
Heat oven 150°, 45min

Breakfast, tea-time, dinner time, even at night, sleeping or awake... YOU WILL ENJOY IT!!
